The services that Golden Target Training© provides you are subject to the following terms of use. Golden Target Training© reserves the right to update the terms of use at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms of use can be reviewed on our website.

Part 1- General Terms

This Agreement for Courses and Education Materials applies to 1) enrollment and attendance at a class room Course offered by Golden Target Training©, 2) enrollment and attendance of a online Course, 3) the provision and use of any Education Material provided as part of a Course. This Agreement for Courses and Education Materials, Other Terms (if any), and an enrolment confirmation letter are the complete agreement between us regarding the Services that Golden Target Training© provides (the Agreement) and replace any prior oral or written communications between us. You accept this Agreement for Courses and Education Materials by enrollment in a course, attending a class, or using any Golden Target Training© provided Education Material including accessing a Course online. Course means an education service available from Golden Target Training©. A course may be provided by instructors presenting Education Material in a class room (a class) and online via a website. Education Materials are literary works or other works of authorship including documentation, manuals, components, data, audio-visual content (such as images, text, recordings), and related licensed materials. Education Material is owned by Golden Target Training©, and is copyrighted and licensed. All whole or partial copies of Education Material shall be subject to the same terms as the original copy. Golden Target Training© reserves the right to adjust the course timeline, instructors and number of sessions. Any breach to this agreement will result in termination without reimbursement and legal action. Facilitating or allowing entry onto the premises, for individuals who are not part of the course, outside of office hours and without the permission of Management is prohibited at all times

Part 2- Assessments

Golden Target Training© assumes no responsibility for any student performance in the NDEB exams after Course attendance. Registered students must fully acknowledge that it is their responsibility to attend all the sessions, do the homework, and follow instructors instructions in regards to practicing and studying in to ensure their own success in NDEB exams.

Part 3- unlawful or prohibited use

As a condition of the use of the Services, students must not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Students must not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Golden Target Training© equipment or property. Educational materials are intended for the lawful use of Golden Target Training© course attendees, employees, instructors, and management. As such, students may not allow others to, directly or indirectly: reproduce, sell, download, modify or distribute the educational materials in any way via e-mail or any other method; transfer the Materials to any other person without the written consent and authorization of Golden Target Training©.

Part 4- Prices and payment and refunds

The Golden Target Training© prices listed are subject to change. Prices for any courses will be those in effect on the date Golden Target Training© receives your registration. Prices include use of facilities, attendance to sessions and use of the Education Material. You are responsible for all costs related to accessing the Education Material on your own machines. Prices do not include taxes nor student travel, accommodation and living expenses. Golden target Training© reserves the right to cancel registration and access of students who fail to pay their fees. Breach of any of the terms or conditions stated here will result in termination of student without reimbursement of fees and may result in legal action.
Eligibility for refund:

  • 90% prior to commencement of the course
  • 70% within the first two weeks from the start of the course
  • No refund will be granted after two weeks from the start of the course (amount paid will be kept as credit to be used by the applicant for any other courses offered by Golden target Training©

Golden target Training© is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed, sponsored, supported or funded in any way by the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB). Test names and other trade-marks such as “NDEB”, “BNED”, logos or design of the NDEB are the property of the NDEB and not trademarks of Golden target Training©.

Part 5 – Photography consent

Student grants permission to Golden target Training© to take and use: photographs and /or digital images of student in news releases and/ or educational materials. These materials might include but not limited to printed or electronic publications, web sites or other electronic communications. I further agree that my name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). student authorizes the use of these images without compensation. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions shall be property of Golden target Training©.

Part 6 – property and equipment damage

In the case of damaged, lost or stolen tools and equipment that are the property of the Golden Target Training, technical staff will determine if the damage is a result of normal wear and tear and if the item can be repaired. If it is determined that the damage was the result of abuse, the student will be responsible for the full cost of the repair, or the full cost of replacement if the item cannot be repaired.

Part 7 – Personal Injury Release

Student will be taught how to use equipment and informed of the rules. Student’s safety is primarily their own responsibility and they must agree to make sure that they know how to safely use all equipment, and agree to observe any rules and practices that may be employed to minimize the risk of injury. Student will refrain from all action that may cause bodily harm to either themselves or their peers.
